ARSENAL, WEST HAM IN SIX-GOAL THRILLER

Arsenal fought back from 3-0 down in the first half to hold West Ham To a 3-3 draw in Sunday’s thrilling Premier League clash.

A win would have guaranteed West Ham a tie o point with fourth-placed Chelsea as they stay remain in fifth place after the draw.

West Ham scored their first goal in the 15th minute when Manchester United on loan forward Jesse Lingard fired into the top corner from the edge of the area a cutback  pass from Michail Antonio. And two minutes later West Ham doubled their lead thanks to Jarrod Bowen who ran on to Lingard’s quick free-kick and squeezed a low effort through Bernd Leno at the near post.

While Arsenal were trying to react to the two quick goals, West Ham went 3-0 up on 32 minutes as Antonio’s header appeared to be going wide, but took the faintest of flicks off Tomas Soucek to nestle inside the far post.

As if that was a wakeup call, Arsenal sprang into life as Lacazette scored on 38 minutes as he controlled Calum Chambers cross, turned and hit his effort which seemed to be going wide, but glanced off Soucek diverting the ball beyond Lukasz Fabianski.

Arsenal came back fired up in the second half and scored on the 61 minutes when Craig Pawson slammed Chambers’ cross to make it 3-2.

With eight minutes remaining, Lacazette headed in Nicolas Pepe’s cross from his weaker right leg to make the comeback complete.
