Yesterday the 31st day of October 2023 the news went viral like wild fire that Nigerian singer David Ifeanyi Adeleke also known as Davido had lost his son Ifeanyi Adeleke to the cold hands of death. The news flying around social media platforms and blog sites reads that Ifeanyi Adeleke drowned in their Banana Island private resident swimming pool.
Davido have come to repeal the claim saying “my son is alive.. This is wicked!”
Ifeanyi (3yrs) is the product of the relationship of Davido and his heartthrob Chioma.
One would recall that some Nigerians are good at spreading false reports of prominent actors and person’s death. It has been learnt that this practice is perpetrated by microbloggers to draw traffick to their sites, a practice known as clickbait
We admonish bloggers to desist from such reprehensible practice.
