‘THE KILLING AND PAIN HAS GONE ON FOR TOO LONG’ – MI ABAGA REACTS OVER TIV, JUGUN CRISIS

Rapper, Jude Abaga, popularly known as MI, has reacted to the incessant crises between his Jukun tribe and the Tivs.

He has expressed willingness to work to bring lasting peace between the two warring ethnic groups.

MI who was particularly reacting to the clash between Tiv and Jukun in Makurdi, Benue State, over a fish pond on Wednesday, lamented that the crisis has gone on for too long.

MI tweeted: “Would love to join hands to build a new path for these two lovely peoples. The killing and pain has gone on for too long. My niece is both Jukun and Tiv and so on her behalf I pledge to do my best going forward to forge peace between her people.”
